Questions we're frequently asked at Pro Assist Garage Conversions
Will a nearby tree cause problems?
It can. Mature trees remove large amounts of water from clay soils during the summer, increasing seasonal movement beneath a garden room or garden building. Removing a tree can also cause the ground to swell as moisture returns. If you’re creating a new garden layout or adding a bespoke garden room, tell your builder about any nearby trees before the design is finalised.
