What should I ask a company quoting for a SIP garden room?

Ask what the core is and how thick, what the facings are, whether the base and groundworks are included, who runs and certifies the electrics, and what happens about ventilation. If your room falls between 15 and 30 square metres, ask specifically how far from the boundary it will be located and whether building regulations approval is required.
