Site preparation, the base, the building, insulation, roof, windows and glazing, the electrical supply run from your house, sockets, lighting, certification, plastering, flooring, decoration and clearing up after ourselves. Plumbing too where your brief calls for it. There is no separate installation charge and no delivery fee, because we install garden rooms rather than drop them off. One team handles it start to finish.
