What are SIP panels made from?

Two structural boards, usually OSB grade 3 to BS EN 300, bonded to a rigid insulation core of either expanded polystyrene or closed-cell polyurethane. Facings are commonly 11mm to 15mm thick, and core thickness varies depending on the thermal performance required.
