Yes, a single garage is comfortably large enough for a home office or a bedroom. A typical UK single garage is around 2.4 to 3 metres wide and 5 to 6 metres long, giving roughly 13 to 18 square metres of internal space once it is lined and insulated, which is similar to or larger than many existing bedrooms. That is ample for a desk, storage and a meeting setup in an office, or a single or double bed with wardrobes in a bedroom.
