Do SIP buildings suffer from damp?

Not when they are built and ventilated correctly. The risk comes from airtightness without designed ventilation, which allows moisture to condense on cold surfaces. Approved Document F sets out the ventilation requirements, and a decent specification will include background ventilation and extraction where needed.
