Can you build a granny annexe?

We can, though it is a different type of project. Garden annexes containing a bed need full building regulations approval whatever their size, and the planning position has to be settled separately. Entirely doable, and we handle the approvals as part of the job, but tell us at the outset so we take the right route from the beginning.
